Unable to set list to digest

Maybe the option is disabled.

I hate digests.  If anyone replies to a digest, the threading is totally
borked and it makes little sense quoted either.

I never did understand why that was ever even an option or why anyone
chooses it.  Why does anyone want a digest version?
