What time server do you use?

Check out "pool.ntp.org"; this provides round-robin access to a decent
set of NTP servers.

For "mission critical" cases, you'd presumably want to arrange access
to a combination of sources (e.g. - radio clock + some specific NTP
servers), but pool.ntp.org should suffice for "ordinary use."
