Odd kernel error messages

Well from what I can find, it seems it may be caused by an ATI card,
or possibly an atheros wifi card.

I haven't found any solutions however.

It is certainly supposed to mean the hardware had an error.  Perhaps
reseating add in cards would help in case it has a bad connection.
