stupid basic networking question

Hi,

I'm running Ubuntu maverick on a server with several subdomains.  I would
like one of those subdomains to point to a virtual machine which I am
currently building.  The VM will have a private network address on br0.  How
do I get apache to send all requests for the subdomain to the VM?  I figure
it should be really easy but I'm getting lost in the documentation, which I
confess to not really understanding.  thanks,
