That's somewhat affected by weight, but more by mussle strength.

Endurance and muscle strength.  Sure your weight has some influence but
not in comparison.

That's endurance.  Being heavier matters a bit, but not compared to
endurance.

You can easily gain strength and endurance and get a lot healthier,
without it actually resulting in weight loss at all.

My motivation has been "I should be more fit so I can be better at
playing Ultimate".  So far it is working.
