Linux on a Vortex86 processor

Hi

Has anyone any experience with any linux distro on a Vortex86 SoC-200MHz processor?

A friend has an eBox-2300, http://www.compactpc.com.tw/ebox-2300.htm
I understand it is a x86 (but not totally) compatible processor.

The manufacturer, DMP Electronics, provides X-Linux:

He is looking for a minimal distro but with a GUI.
