UBB Cancelled

Well, the email I received from TekSavvy had a subject line that said
"canceled" and the email says "suspended indefinitely" but that aside Tony
Clement said the government would overturn the decision if the CRTC did
not.

That link is over a week old so if the government has been changed its
position please let me know.
