I know that the product exists; we sent one to a data centre where we
didn't entirely trust the A/C quality.  It was network addressable,
and cost a fair bit, whether that was hundreds of dollars or beyond
$1K I wasn't privy to.

The point of the exercise isn't about sending email; that's easy to do
anywhere; you just need the ability to get at the temperature feed.

I don't know that these are good vendors, but they do carry such stuff...
