Two possible solutions that come to mind -
Phidgets

USB connected, they provide various drivers for different programming
languages, (I believe) you have to write the software to access their
hardware.
Syscomp (us)

DVM-101 (Mastech MS8226) digital voltmeter with temperature sensor. We
provide open source Tcl software for reading the instrument, logging the
data and/or plotting the variable (such as temperature) vs time.
The advantage of the multimeter is that it has its own readout, so you can
use it independently of a computer, or plug it into a USB port for
logging. You could modify the software we provide to use the Tcl HTTP
routines to send data over a network connection.
