Added EPUB links to wiki

For those that are interested, I have added links to the various tools
described at last night's talk to the wiki page on the presentation.

The one peculiar bit is that the LibreOffice extension, Writer2EPUB,
is primarily (only?) properly available from the author's web site,
written in Italian.  There are references on the web to stuff
surrounding support.openoffice.org, but what with all the
reorganizations that have taken place since Oracle took over Sun
(which took over StarOffice which had become OpenOffice.org, which had
to be so named due to some other OpenOffice...  mumble, mumble...),
such links seem to have fallen into oblivion.  Luke's blog seems to be
the surviving thing.  I'm not sure that's quite enough infrastructure
for it; it probably ought to be mirrored somewhere, but that seems out
of today's scope :-).
