Nautilus at 62% of CPU on boot

Hey all,

I'm running Mint 11 on my laptop and recently I've been experiencing
performance issues. When I run top I see nautilus using 62% of CPU. That's
on boot before I'm running any applications.

I've tried uninstalling and re-installing nautilus but no change.
Is there a substitute program I could use that would work?
