They were pretty spiffy when I arrived here in 2002. Only grizzle from
Sun die-hards at the time was that the ATA was a bit of a
processor-hog; in fact, I remember the CD-ROMs being really slow. If I
absolutely didn't need it, I'd want it for the memories of debugging
8GB PostScript jobs in emacs... ;-)
