Hardware Raid card -- any recommendation?

Hi all,
I'm looking at getting a Hardware Raid card (PCI-E, 4-port minimum),
    - HighPoint RocketRAID 2310
    - LSI MegaRaid SAS 8204ELP
which are the low-end of things.  Any recommendation or any experience
with either of the above?
