When you use a browser from your home computer, how does the IMEI get 
entered?  It doesn't.  You're using a browser to access from a smart 
phone, so it shouldn't make any difference.  As an experiment, tether a 
notebook computer to your phone and try using the browser on it to see 
what happens.  As I mentioned, I can get into my account and into the 
change areas without problem.
