they are apparently here, i've been waiting a long time for this! i got 
an email for my 1 month free trial, unfortunately their website needs 
work. at one point i was getting redirected back to their us site even 
when i used the .ca domain. when i got that working i was told i am not 
in canada

currently it now looks like their site is working much better
