It's in the phone settings, near WiFi configuration.  My Nexus One came 
with Android 2.0, which was later upgraded to 2.1 & 2.2.  Since I bought 
it direct from Google, I didn't have to worry about Rogers messing 
things up.  It's also unlocked.
