An Outliner application for Linux that can read and write OPML files.

I have been writing Outlines in a text editor using the Markdown syntax of
years. But I would like to move to an OPML base system. I have seen Org-Mode
<http://orgmode.org/> and VimOutliner <http://www.vimoutliner.org/> and nether
of them can natively read or write to an OPML file.

So does anyone know an Outlining software that runs on Linux (preferably on
that is in the Debian repository) that can open OPML files?
