My 23" LG monitor is plenty big enough.  It barely fits in the available 
space.  It runs 1080p (1920 x 1080).  It has HDMI, DVI and VGA inputs, 
so I can hook up my computer (DVI), KVM switch (VGA) and HDTV converter 
(HDMI) and switch between them.
