Here's what I added to my config, enabling autoscan and inotify to
make things a little more automated for the lazy types like me:

<autoscan use-inotify="auto">
	<directory location="/media/NTFS/shows" mode="inotify"
recursive="yes" hidden-files="no"/>
	<directory location="/media/NTFS/kids" mode="inotify" recursive="yes"
hidden-files="no"/>
	<directory location="/media/NTFS/docs" mode="inotify" recursive="yes"
hidden-files="no"/>
	<directory location="/media/NTFS/movies" mode="inotify"
recursive="yes" hidden-files="no"/>
	</autoscan>

I put that in between the scripting and mapping sections, as per the
documentation.

Works just like I want it to :-)
