It worked acceptably with Gnomad2 up until a few weeks ago - then it
stopped working with Windows (not recognized) and would cause Gnomad2 to
segfault.  I found/find MTP to be a pain in the bottom.

The MP860 is not tiny: 3.75"x2.25"x0.5".
