Power draw of power supply. 700watt vs 1000 watt, etc

Whatever power you draw from the wall will end up as heat. The useful
power will end up as heat in your components: CPU, memory, drive,
video card, etc. The useless power, that wasted due to inefficiency of
the PSU, will end up as heat in the PSU itself.
