hardwaresecrets.com consideres that one an OK power supply.  It can just
provide it's labeled power, it stays within spec, and it is pretty cheap
to buy, but there are much better choices out there (in fact better
choices with the same internals but more power connectors provided,
such as the SilverStone ST50F).  So it has no problems, but it could be
much better and the efficiency is a bit low.  Certainly not award worthy
by any means.
