Small point. SCO can appeal, they are VERY unlikely to win an appeal,
but sad to say it might not be over yet ... :-( .

Beyond the thought of an appeal, yes, I hope IBM goes after SCO in the
legal equivalent of not only killing the enemy, but mounting their
heads on a pike as a warning to others. There should be no question in
the IT industry (especially in Redmond, WA) that going after Linux
carries a very serious price....
