How do you change the boot delay time on GRUB?

It is also much easier to work with different operating systems e.g. if
you want to boot an OSX partition or Windows, it is dead easy and
doesn't require any of the map (hd0)(hd1) type stuff.

I dislike working with the new configuration scripts, but I like the
robustness of grub2 now compared to grub and lilo.
