I need a static IP so I emailed TekSavvy and asked them if they will be
offering static IP's for their cable service and this is what they said...
"There is no word on this, but I imagine it will be available in the
future. I am sure we will send out an email to all of our clients once it
becomes available."
So I guess we will just have to wait and see.
