I found this Guardian (the UK newspaper) set of pictures interesting:

Includes Toronto, but not Ontario or Canada.

Toronto seems to invite participation.  This seems to have started in 
November.

You are supposed to agree to there terms.  I have not looked at what those 
terms are.
