[OT] phpmyadmin -- trouble importing

I'm not positive on this exact error, but in my experience with PHPMyAdmin,
you have to create an empty database to import the old one into.  I
recommend giving it the same database name, just to be safe, although again
I'm not certain that that's necessary.
