I know some Bell phones have a SIM card so that they can roam on GSM
networks.

Of course I have also never seen an unlocked CDMA phone with a sim
slot for sale that you could use on Bell's network in place of a phone
from Bell.

Working on Bell, Virgin and Telus doesn't interest me.  Make it work
everywhere in the world, which GSM mostly does.
