OT: Teksavvy Cable

Hi Dave

Many thanks for taking the trouble to post this.

I believe throttling will be up to Rogers, Teksavvy cannot influence them.

I'm presently on Teksavvy Premium DSL, up to 5Mbps.
I have never reached 5Mbps or anywhere even near.
This I believe is due to Bell.
