torfree.net refusing ftp connections

Greetings,

It has happened for the last couple of weeks that my attempts to ftp
torfree.net have been rebuffed with message "ftp: connect: Connection
refused".  My queries to userhelp-0l1pH2CMacvR7s880joybQ at public.gmane.org have gone unanswered.
Do you have any suggestions for me?
