Apache config -- allowing/rejecting remote host

In Apache's httpd.conf, is there a way to accept (or reject) connection
based on incoming IP or Network.  Eg.
    - accepting only (or rejecting) from host 11.22.33.44
    - accepting only (or rejecting) from network 11.22.33.*

I know that "xinetd" can do this from its config file.  Not sure about
Apache...
