It's been ages so no, I don't remember.  I think I did something like
store the source in an external text file and include it in a verbatim
section, or something, but that's a very fuzzy memory.  When you have
the time to read the manual, do so--it's really good and it's written
as a Lyx document so you can see how they did everything.
