These are for the pre-2009 version of the objectives.  Anyone using this
as a resource should cross reference the material with the official
objectives on the LPI web site.

Do it before you start.  The first section in the happy monkey stuff is
on a lot of hardware junk that's not in the exam any longer. ;)
