I would suggest taking whatever you produce, printing it out, and
putting it into an envelope to send to the assorted personages
involved.

Mailing it to any MP is free of charge:

There are formal processes for dealing with physical mail that comes
in, so you can have a somewhat higher expectation of the mail having
some priority over anything "blathered over email."
