Linux certification

Just wondering are there any worthy cost effective Linux certification
programs online that come will good training material?

I am not planning to become a hard-core sys admin, but I would like to
know more than the average desktop user. It would be nice if the
program was aimed at trouble shorting and monitoring Linux, I don't
need a course on how to install Linux, use the basic command, etc.
