OT: Privacy commissioner slaps Bell over traffic management

That was my take, too. I was all worked up at this thread's subject, 
read it hoping that something was going to change and left disappointed. 
Doubly so when I read that the findings, as toothless as they are, only 
spoke to Bell's own Sympatico clients and specifically gave the green 
light to screwing over us resellers.
