Indeed.  I hate the price, but ...

I've got a mixed-signal Cypress PSoC CY8C29466 microcontroller here 
that, in theory, I'll find the time to try something with.

(NOTE the thinko alert on that post of mine,  above.  0xC0 should have 
read 0x60 .)
