blacklist checks

I got some clients who spam. (some deliberate, some not)
Not crazy amounts, but enough to get on some blacklists.

Instead of me manually testing IPs or perhaps entire blocks,
against blacklists, is there some web based tool that can do
this for me?

And email me daily?
