I'm fairly sure that google has fairly sophisticated DBA's running their
MySQL servers. Doctors do not. I would want something that was very
difficult to break, MySQL isn't. AdWords is not a critical function. Medical
"history" is the point... of the an EMR system. If you lose the history it
is worthless.  Not to mention the fact that how much money something makes
does not infer it's robustness.
