Beside manually modify /etc/resolv.conf every time after 
obtaining IP, I guess?

I believe most DHCP clients have option to run an external 
scripts after getting the IP, the scripts can add your DNS 
addresses to /etc/resolv.conf preceding or replacing the ones 
received from DHCP server.
