For the first part I cannot say definitively - only that resources
identified by the referring website are "not-nice." For the second,
yes. However...

For me Freedom Zero has been a fundamental belief for a long time. I
have other humanitarian beliefs that I now find in partial conflict
and wish to resolve.
Anything but easy I know, but that's why I'm asking. Thanks for your
thoughts, they're most appreciated.
