Soy isn't putting cows out of work.  You need lots of organic soy to
feed to cows to make organic cows for organic beef.  At least that's
what some of them do.  Others apparently feed grass to their cows, which
makes a lot more sense to me, but I suppose if you are in a hurry there
is more protein in soy than grass.
