Check out what they offer in terms of backup storage. I am with Dedicated Central (Hostway) which are based in Vancouver. My server is Dell Poweredge 600, 512Mb, 80Gb HDD and comes with 15Gb ftp backup space. I pay US$99/month and so far I am a happy with their service.
