in top of page i see it says, click here to download silver light, i wonder if thats a hint :)
but the fact moonlight wouldn't render it (if in fact the prize is silverlight based, which would make sense), 
would not shine well on moonlight, but then, its fully declared moonlight is about a 0.5 version (tracking) off of MS's,
which is fine, given the nature of the project.
