It's not so much a libertarian streak so much of a deep mistrust of the
legal system as a tool to accomplish this particular form of advocacy.
Even in the EU, where anti-Microsoft sentiment is strongest, the
remedies will not really change anything.

We need to be positive.  Most people are quite aware of Microsoft's
shortcomings; we need to continue to assert a credible alternative.

I still believe that the greatest obstacle to FOSS adoption now is
inertia far more than Microsoft.
