I thought my quoting of "feel" was emphasizing that very point.
Especially since I'd discussed it earlier (but you didn't quote that).

There is plenty of evidence that has been tested in several other
legal regimes.  No guarantee that it would be accepted here.  But that
isn't news: there are no quarantees.

Am I correct in inferring a libertarian streak in you Evan?  One that
doesn't accept the idea of anti-trust regulations?
