SMART Need yo replace boot drive

Got this warning so weekend project is swapping the boot drive.

I have a three drive system and the home directories are on a healthy drive.

I will need to download and and burn the latest Ubuntu. I will save 
copies of the ini files for
Apache and Samba. I use the computer as a LAMP development box, and the 
only
significant data is my web sites, which I also backup routinely.

Is there anything else that I should consider?
