You could do this with what is known as a DPDT switch: Double Pole, Double
Throw. It's essentially two separate switches (one for each channel),
which can select between two sources.

You can get such a thing at just about any electronics supply house: in
the Toronto area: Active Surplus, Creatron, Active-Tech Electronics,
Sayal..

You'd need to put it in a box with binding-post connectors.

On the other hand, you may be able to find a stereo A/B switch, that would
do the same thing off the shelf.
