Redhat to replace CIT Group on S&P 500 Index on July 24

  Redhat is hitting the big time.  For those who don't know about CIT
Group, it is an American lending institution that is on the verge of
bankruptcy.  See article at...

No, it is *NOT* related to CitiBank.

  When a company on an index gets into financial trouble, it is often
de-listed before bankruptcy, and replaced by another company.  The
replacement, in this case, is Redhat.  They're breaking into the big
leagues now.
