Open Source Project Hosting

What are some good free hosting services for open source projects?
I am planning on setting up a project space for the Linux distro I am
working towards.

I know about SourceForge and I just came across launchpad which seems
pretty nice.

What I am looking for is a site that will provide all the tools to
track the project, bugs, member activities. Provide a mailing for
members, and other items like tracking documents, message boards for
user community.
